Shipping and returns

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (THE NETHERLANDS)

As a member of Dollish Wardrobe you can enjoy our shipping service from Monday until Friday. Unfortunately, we don’t have fast and Saturday shipping.

Your package will be delivered within 5-7 business days. This includes processing time.
All our deliveries are handled by PostNL. As soon as the order is dispatched you will receive a tracking code which allows you to know about your package's whereabouts.

Something came up and you missed your package? No need to worry. PostNL will try again. If PostNL did not succeed in delivering your package, it will be sent to a depot assigned by PostNL. You will then have 7 days to pick it up.

International shipping

As a member of Dollish Wardrobe you can enjoy our shipping service from Monday until Friday. Unfortunately, we don’t have fast and Saturday shipping.

All our international deliveries are handled by DHL/ UPS or POSTNL. As soon as the order is dispatched you will receive a tracking code which allows you to know about your package's whereabouts.

Something came up and you missed your package? No need to worry. We’ll make sure we leave a card so that a re-delivery can be arranged or you can collect from the depot.

You will need to make sure that you cover any ingoing customs or taxes costs should any be incurred when shipping to your destination. At Dollish Wardrobe we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.

We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Shopping at Dollish Wardrobe should be considered an experience. We aim to please and deliver our most beautiful pieces to your front door.

Unfortunately, it is possible that an item is not in your liking. No need to worry. It is possible to return your item(s) within 14 days.

Please note that the item must be returned in its original state. That means unworn and includes tags, labels etc. To make it easier for you, the return form is also enclosed. Please note that we will not cover any shipping costs.

It is very important to hold onto proof of postage. Dollish Wardrobe is not responsible for any returns lost due to postal services.

Shipping costs and return postal costs will not be refunded. We will only cover return postage costs when your item(s) is faulty.

Please note that items can only be exchanged but not refunded. Exchanges are good for vouchers or other items in the store or website.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return sale items.
